I'm always getting emails about certain videos not working once they have been downloaded. Well every video does work perfectly you just need to update your video codecs

1. Go to Free Codecs

2. Download the K Lite Codec Pack

3. Install it

4. The videos should now be working

5. If the K Lite pack doesnt work try the XP Codec Pack or DivX

Also I suggest using VLC Player, its free and tends to play all videos.
